LEAVING A BEQUEST

Each of us finds different ways to make our mark on the world.  One way of doing this is by making a bequest.  When you make a bequest to the Church, you give a gift that lasts longer than your lifetime, a gift that will always be remembered.

One of the simplest ways for you to make a future gift to Green Hills Parish is through your will.

After providing for your family, a bequest to Green Hills is a special way of ensuring that the work of God’s Church continues.
Perhaps you might like to make your gift in memory or honour of someone you’ve loved or admired.

Thank you for considering making a gift to the Parish.

(The Anglican Diocese’s suggested wording for inclusion in a will:

I give and bequeath the sum of [Here insert Amount or alternatively it could be the rest and residue of the Estate]
to The Corporation of the Synod of the Diocese of Brisbane for the general charitable and religious purposes of
the Parish of Green Hills and the receipt of the Diocesan Registrar shall be sufficient discharge to my executor or trustee.)
